2026 Summer Events
CAPTivate Gymnastics will be running adult gymnastics
Bring-a-Friend Days on January 11th, 12th, 14th and 18th.
These are like regular CAPTivate classes, but friends and guests are invited! You don't need to have a friend in the program - anyone can come as a guest during these classes. Our programs are designed for all skill levels, all abilities, all genders, and all ages 16+.
Bring-a-Friend cost per class:
$40 for new friends
$30 for current members​

We are excited to announce our first ever One-Day Adult Gymnastics Camp on Saturday the 17th of January from 9:00am-3:00pm.
We will have 4 workshops to help you level up in your training, including a handstand workshop and specific skill workshops for kips on bars and handsprings on floor, and two educational workshops by industry leading professionals.
Everyone is welcome! ​
